Evergreen groundcover with medium green, oval leaves edged in creamy white. The upper third of each leaf is coarsely serrated. Small white fragrant flower clusters in early spring. Spread is minimal the first year or until plants are established. Can be used under trees, including pines, and in dense shade.
Prefers partial to full shade and dry to moist, well drained soils. Does not do well in poorly drained soils. Drought tolerant once established.
