Yucca filamentosa Excalibur
Adam's Needle
This form of our native Yucca has a compact size and a unique bluish color. The edges of the dusky blue, sword-shape leaves are adorned with curly white filaments. 4'-5' stalks of creamy white bells appear in late spring or early summer. Mature plants usually bloom once a year, although cutting off spent stalks may encourage a second bloom.
