Statuesque plants are topped with clusters of narrow spires of lavender pink blooms in summer. The whorled foliage complements early blooming flowers. Deadhead to prolong bloom season. Nice for back of the border, meadows and naturalized areas.
Prefers full sun to part shade and moist, well-drained soil. Tolerates a wide range of soils. Native cultivar.
