Solidago rigida sub. humilis Golden Rockets
Stiff Goldenrod
Compact plants have rounded basal leaves on long petioles and smaller lance-shaped leaves up the stem. Stems are topped with dense umbels of small golden yellow flowers in late summer/early fall. Native cultivar.

Prefer full sun and dry to moist, average soil. High salt tolerance. Drought tolerant and good for naturalizing. Very adapatible plants, they are very attractive to butterflies and pollinators.
