Purple blooms emerge on stems with narrow foliage. Bracts are more pointed than Liatris spicata. Drought tolerant. A favorite of butterflies, bees, hummingbirds and finches. Unusual in that blooms open from the top down. NATIVE.
Long blooming and may rebloom if cut back. Deer resistant.
