Light lavender falls with darker veining and purple standards are borne above strap-like foliage with prominent midribs. Can tolerate clay soil. Attractive to butterflies. Deer resistant.
Prefers sun to light shade (particularly in warm climates) and consistently moist, acidic soil. It thrives in standing water (up to 6” deep). Slightly drier conditions are best in winter.
