Iberis sempervirens Little Gem

Candytuft

Bright white flowers with purple centers cover low mounding plants in mid to late spring. Prefers well-drained alkaline soil. Long blooming. Tolerant of coastal conditions and drought. Some afternoon shade appreciated in hot climates. Prefers full sun to light shade and well-drained soil, particularly in winter. Prune lightly after flowering. If stems become woody, prune hard after flowering to encourage fresh foliage.
