Hosta Satisfaction
Plantain Lily (Hosta)
Large plants form wide low mounds of deep green, pointed leaves with wide, bright yellow, rippled margins. A vigorous grower with white flowers in July. Can take a little morning sun.
Prefers moderate shade and moist, well-drained soil. Hosta will grow in ordinary garden soil and withstand drought, but they are most beautiful when provided with ample moisture and organic matter. Can tolerate clay soil.
