6.5" bright golden yellow flowers resemble hibiscus. Lightly fragrant, good substance and heavily ruffled petals. Small olive green throat. Early midseason.
Tolerant of coastal conditions and clay soil. Remove dead/yellow leaves and spent bloom stalks to keep plants tidy and to encourage additional blooms. Remove all dead foliage in late fall. Divide every 3 years.
