This heat-tolerant fuchsia feeds hummingbirds from late spring through fall with nodding flowers consisting of bright magenta sepals and rolled purple petals. It is tender in Zone 7 and best planted in a protected area if overwintering outside. The foliage grows in a graceful, arching mound. A great choice for hanging baskets.
