Spikes of white flowers are tightly packed on the stem and usually have speckled throats. Biennial but self sows. CAUTION: All parts of this plant are toxic & may be fatal if ingested.
Prefers partial shade to sun and evenly moist, well-drained, organic-rich soil. Tolerant of drier soils and drought once established.
Cut back after flowering to encourage reblooming. Drought tolerant and deer resistant. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.
