Sturdy spikes of pastel apricot flowers with some spotting in the throat. Biennial, but self sows. Cut back after flowering to encourage reblooming. Deer resistant. CAUTION: All parts of this plant are toxic & may be fatal if ingested.
Prefers partial shade to sun and evenly moist, well-drained, organic-rich soil. Tolerant of drier soils and drought once established.
Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.Excellent, old-fashioned shade garden plant.
