Low growing, long blooming, fall flowering shrub with lance-shaped leaves. Deep purple-blue flowers appear in the axils of the silvery-gray foliage. Responds well to heavy pruning in the spring. Attractive to butterflies. Deer resistant.
Prefers full sun to light shade and average to moist, well drained soil. Tolerant of clay soil and drought.
