Well-branched, compact plants produce airy stems of deep pink blooms above dark burgundy foliage over a long season. Perfect for the smaller garden. US native. Plant patent applied for.
Prefers sun and moist, well-drained, fertile soil, but poor soil, & light shade are tolerated. Deep taproots make these very drought tolerant plants. Cut back after first bloom period to maintain smaller size and encourage repeat bloom.
