Dash Crimson bears masses of showy clusters of fragrant, velvety, crimson flowers with tiny white eyes, late spring into summer. Excellent as a cut flower. Unlike most D. barbatus, this one is perennial.
Prefers light shade and moist, well-drained soil of most any type. Trim back in summer if plants become floppy.
