Deep purplish-blue flowerheads with fringes petals bloom above foliage that is lightly covered with silver hairs. Will self sow. Blooms in April and May. Long blooming.
Prefers full sun to light shade and moist, well-draining soil, but is tolerant of drier soils and coastal condtions.
