Evergreen carpeter with tiny leaves that turn bronze in winter. Self sows. Makes a good ground cover in place of grass in sunny areas. Tolerates heavy foot traffic. Space on 6"-10" centers.
Prefers full sun to light shade and requires well-drained soil. Drought tolerant once established. Does not tolerate clay soil. Due to its taproot it is nort readily divided, but it will provide ample seedlings.
