Masses of free-flowering blue-purple flowers with dark purple centers.
This plant should be planted with 1.5-2" of stem below the soil line. Do this carefully because the lowest part of the stem is fragile. Roots should be kept cool with shade and mulch. Group 3 - Blooms mid to late summer on new growth. Prune back hard in late February or early March.
