Rich blue blooms with frothy, lighter blue ruffles that mimic the surf. Blooms mid-season and reblooms in late summer/early fall. Must have well-drained soil, rhizome should be planted slightly above soil level. Prefers full sun. Remove old bloom stalks for better appearance. Drought tolerant once established. Divide every 3 years.
