Unique red and white flowers bloom over aromatic green foliage from early summer through late fall. Blooms become all red during heat of summer. and return to red and white as weather cools.
These plants create a sizable mound with time. Prefers full sun and moist, well-drained soil but will tolerate drier soil and is drought tolerant. Do not cut back in fall. Semi woody stems may be trimmed back hard once new growth appears in spring. Attractive to butterflies and hummingbirds.
